How do I choose for my books to be covered ?

At the checkout stage, there is a box beside each book on the left hand side. If this box is ticked your books are being covered. If you don't wish to have your books covered simply untick this box and click the 'update cart button' at the bottom of the page.

What is the cost for delivery ?

There is a delivery charge of €4.99 on all orders.

Do I need to open an account to place an order?

Yes. The advantage of having an account is that you can review previous orders. It will also save time when you order in the future as your shipping address will be saved from your previous visit. You can also write reviews of books on the website. Any information contained within your account will be kept strictly confidential.

I don't know my password

Click on the login button at the top right of your screen. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Underneath these fields is a button saying 'login'. To the right of this is the 'forgot password' button. Click on this, enter your email address and press submit. A new password will be sent to you by email.If you receive a message saying 'the email address was not found in our records' it means an account has not been set up with this email address and you can then create an account

I can't find the titles I'm looking for.

Try using the search field at the top of each page. If you still can't find it, please click on the 'feedback' button and give us as much information as you have on the item and we will endeavour to find it for you.

Can I choose a specific option if a product has multiple options?

You can specify in the instruction section of your order what option you prefer. We will aim to fulfill your request subject to availability.
