The Authors
Sheila Hoctor is a business interview and life coach. She has designed many training programmes for a variety of groups, as well as delivering FETAC Level 5 modules. Sheila won Toastmaster of the Year in 1999.

Karina Lynn obtained a BA in Information Systems Management at the Institute of Technology, Tralee, and a Graduate Diploma in Education (Business) at the University of Limerick. Karen has taught a range of business and IT related subjects, and Communications at levels 3, 5 and 6. She specialises in the use of communications technology and in written communication.
